Staff Retreat

Last weekend the entire Bethesda staff went for a weekend retreat of training and fellowship. We had many lessons on relationships, Biblical manhood and womanhood, conflict resolution, and forgiveness. We were also able spend some of our down time simply fellowshipping with one another. It was a nice opportunity for the American staff to relax and get to know the house parents, relief workers, and other personal. We were also extremely grateful for our beautiful accommodations at the Pure Joy lodge. Thankfully, Lois was kind enough to let Heather and I share a room with each other so that we would not keep anyone up at night with the coughing that has suddenly become a staple in our nightly routine.
