We’re Going to Bethesda!
June 19th, the Lehe family arrived in South Africa. Since that day, Luke has asked me on an almost daily basis, “When are we going to Bethesda?” I am not much better than Luke in that since they arrived, I have been counting down the days until I get to drive them to Bethesda and introduce them to all the wonderful parents, staff, and children. I finally got to tell Luke today that tomorrow is the day! Following that exclamation, he and I did a little, “we’re going to Bethesda dance” and had a good laugh. We have had a wonderful time touring all over South Africa, but tomorrow is the day I have been looking forward to the most. We fly out of Cape Town tomorrow morning at 9:40 and should arrive in Johannesburg around 11:40. We will most likely stop for some lunch and a few groceries before arriving at the Bethesda property in the early afternoon. We have a lot planned for the 3 nights they are at the village, including dinner with the Bethesda families, meeting everyone, a tour of the property and its surroundings as well as an opportunity or two to see some other ministries that are going on in our area.
