Oh yea…by the way…I made it back safely.

So..I’ve been pretty busy since I got back. I just today realized that it might be a good idea to update everyone on the fact that I made it home. Since Heather and I arrived last Friday evening, things have been quite a whirlwind. We have had a wonderful team here from Prairie Ridge out in Iowa and we have had two “interns” arrive. Laura is here for 3 weeks to check out what all we do over here to help with her future planning, and Joanna is here for 6 months to teach 2nd grade at our school. Meanwhile, amidst all the team working and orienting of new folks, we have also been trying to prep for a new school year to start on Monday. We are busy trying to make space for enough classrooms as well as organize textbooks and do all the normal before school stuff starts for teachers. Did I mention that we have two new teachers coming in at the start of this year AND that Heather is getting a new classroom…there has been a lot of furniture moving and arranging going on around here :).Hopefully I’ll be able to take some pictures tomorrow or Thursday of all the fun school stuff that’s going on and then I will be participating in a ministry day on Friday that should also produce some pictures.
