How do you make a cake without gluten? Must be some special kind of flower? Christmas seems like a vague memory right now and I’m finding I miss not having some of the special treats of Christmas. One is pressed cookies, and spice cookies. I may have to make some that look like valentine’s day. I’ve come back to life recently and have a LOT of energy. I’m trying to channel it into worthwhile tasks and not to wear myself out. We are both doing well emotionally. Watched a Jeanette Oke movie last night and cried through parts of it, both of us. We still have some paperwork to take care of, that should be doable this week.
Hope your computer problem is fixable soon! That’s like having a broken arm, eh?
